STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of your privacy during the use of our website (www.hrbi.hr) is of a high priority to us. We wish to inform you in detail on the processing and protection of your personal data. The company BRODARSKI INSTITUTE Ltd., headquartered in Zagreb, Avenue Većeslava Holjevca 20, is responsible for the protection of data given at this website. While using and processing personal data it strictly adheres to the provisions of the European and national data protection regulations in force. The company BRODARSKI INSTITUTE Ltd. holds the right to use personal and anonymous data to the legally permitted extent, respecting the restrictions concerning the below listed legal rights of the data subjects.

This Statement on the Protection of Personal Data refers solely to the website www.hrbi.hr, and not to any other websites managed and controlled by third parties.

For the purpose of your personal data protection the company BRODARSKI INSTITUTE Ltd. has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures which, among other things, protect your data against loss, manipulation, or unauthorised access. The implemented measures are regularly checked and continuously adjusted to up-to-date technology requirements. In case of violation of your personal data which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will report you about that as required by relevant regulations in force.

Please note that in order to ensure appropriate protection of your personal data, in addition to the measures for protection and security of personal data that we have implemented, it is necessary that you also take adequate care of secure storage of the data that have been delivered to you.

We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the data protection regulations in force. The company BRODARSKI INSTITUTE Ltd. from Zagreb processes personal data given under item 2 for the following purposes:

– for better functioning of all features of the website and for providing better user experience,

– for keeping records of arrival of customers to BRODARSKI INSTITUTE Ltd.

-for video surveillance for the purpose of protection of persons and property,

– for replying to requests to data access,

– for employment.

The right to data processing restriction

You have the right to request restriction of your personal data processing:

– if you dispute the accuracy of the data, you may request restriction of your data processing during the period of time which allows us to verify the accuracy of the data,

– if the processing of your data is unlawful, but you have refused their erasure and instead request a restriction on the use of the data,

– if we do not need the data for the intended purpose any longer, and you still need them for establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or

– if you have submitted an objection to the data processing

The right to data transfer

Data you have provided to us and which we process based on your consent or for contract implementation, and which are processed in automated way, will be submitted to you at your request in a structured, customised, and machine readable format. If technically feasible, we can transfer them to other processing controller, depending on your request.

The right to object to processing of your data

If we process your data for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest, or in exercise of official authority, or if the processing is based on the needs of our legitimate interests, you may submit an objection to the processing of data if there is a stronger interest in protecting your data.

If you consider that during the processing of your data we have breached the regulations on personal data protection, and have in this way caused the violation of your interests, rights, or freedoms, please contact us so that we may clarify any matters concerned.
